Hi, I’m Carie — mom, sourdough lover, and the hands behind every loaf at Sourdough CHI by Carie.
I officially started this soulful little bakery in May 2025, but the real story began long before that — with a 150-year-old starter, a passion for gut health, and a dream to share bread with meaning.
Every loaf begins with just three ingredients — flour, spring water, and ancient salt — slow-fermented in my Louisville kitchen.

We price with intention. Angel numbers (like $11.11 or $22.22) are signs of alignment, love, and good energy. It’s our way of baking a little magic into every loaf. ✨
